We have recently purchased a Puretec tap and filter system from your company Think Water Auckland and I wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the service provided by Mark.
From the time of my telephone inquiry to the time of the sale he has been most helpful. I was told by Puretec that it was impossible to obtain the Tripla 2-tap in New Zealand for about four weeks, but Mark persevered and managed to obtain one for us.
It was a little surprising as I had no idea that in fact your main business was not taps but filter systems.
Anyway do please pass on our thanks to Mark for his initiative and perseverance in finding what I understand was indeed the last one available in New Zealand until further orders arrive.

An Award-Winning Project
Peter Fordham is a multiple winner of the Manukau Best Garden award. There came a time when Peter realised he was spending up to three hours a day watering his garden by hand. With a well-deserved Christmas holiday booked he worried that much of the lawn and many plants would die while he was away.

Think Water Auckland (formerly Auckland Irrigation) has designed, installed and maintains the automatic water irrigation systems at all Ryman Healthcare Auckland sites. This includes the Sir Edmund Hillary Retirement Village in Ellerslie thought to be the largest retirement village in the southern hemisphere with over 400 residents.
